“The ToC TTT and Assessor courses transformed our team’s training delivery approach and gave us a robust methodology to monitor and develop our team’s delivery skills.
The new skills, knowledge and understanding made a real difference to the learning experience and gave us tools to ensure the learning is transferred to the workplace.”

Please note!
You MUST send people on the right course; otherwise, they may be unable to manage the pace of the shorter courses. The shorter courses expect people to arrive with the prerequisite experience to hit the ground running, knowing they have been sent on the right course. Failing to do so may result in the inexperienced person falling behind and being unable to achieve the objectives, and their lack of relevant experience will impact the other attendees and reflect poorly on your organisation.
Two-Day ToC Course
This foundation course is for trainers with little or no experience who will deliver training as part of their organisational role.
Their sessions may include occasional events on induction, culture, neurodiversity awareness and ad hoc deliveries like these.
Three-Day ToC Course
ONLY for highly experienced trainers (two or more years) regularly delivering full-day or multiple-day training events.
These people would be employed as trainers in their core role in the organisation and probably work in their L&D department.
ToC Assessor Course (Two Days)
Anyone attending the ToC Assessor course must have at least one year of experience delivering training using our ToC methodology, and a ToC certificate is required to prove that. They need this so that they can attend the course and learn to assess all the areas within the methodology, already fully understanding the skills, knowledge, and understanding of ToC criteria.
Five-Day ToC Course
This is for people who will deliver training as their core role but have little to no experience delivering training as yet.
The five-day course is also suitable for anyone who’s been away from training and wishes to improve their delivery skills.
